Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

Innovatesoft Private Limited is looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer (1–2 years experience) to build, optimize, and maintain responsive web applications, secure backend APIs, and scalable database integrations. You will work directly with our engineering team to deliver high-quality, maintainable software products for our clients and internal systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Build responsive user interfaces and reusable frontend components using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks. • Develop and maintain secure, high-performance REST APIs and backend service integrations. • Design, optimize, and query relational (PostgreSQL) and document (MongoDB) databases. • Write automated tests, debug production issues, conduct code reviews, and maintain technical documentation. • Collaborate on deployment pipelines, security hardening, and performance optimizations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 1–2 years of relevant professional full-stack development experience (or demonstrable equivalent production experience). • Required Skills: Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React or Next.js, Node.js/Express, database design/querying, Git, and RESTful architecture. • Preferred: Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, Prisma ORM, MongoDB, Docker, automated testing, and cloud deployment environments.
