MERN Stack Developer

Role Overview

Innovatesoft Private Limited is hiring a MERN Stack Developer with 1–2 years of experience to develop and maintain dynamic web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js. The ideal candidate will focus on clean frontend component architecture, reliable RESTful APIs, data validation, and secure handling of client workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable, responsive React-based user interfaces. • Implement and maintain backend REST APIs using Node.js and Express.js. • Design, manage, and optimize MongoDB schemas, indexes, and queries. • Implement robust input validation, error handling, and authentication mechanisms. • Debug, test, document, and review code to ensure high stability and maintainability. • Collaborate with cross-functional team members to deliver project milestones on schedule.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 1–2 years of relevant professional experience with the MERN technology stack. • Required Skills: Solid JavaScript expertise, React, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, REST API fundamentals, Git, and effective debugging techniques. • Preferred: TypeScript familiarity, Next.js, automated unit/integration testing, CI/CD pipelines, and performance optimization practices.
